1 Tablespoon Joe’s SuperFuzed Roasted Shallot Herb de Provence Oil

1 ½ pounds artisan small carrots

2 Tablespoons Honey

Freshly chopped parsley, for serving

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, stir Joe’s SuperFuzed Roasted Shallot Herb de Provence Oil, measure and drizzle over carrots. Toss to coat. Place carrots on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, being sure not to overcrowd.  Roast until carrots are fork-tender and slightly charred, approximately 30 minutes.  Garnish with drizzled honey and parsley to serve
