So who is Joe and how was Joe’s SuperFuzed Oil born?  As shared by a friend of 20 years…

A bit about Joe…  Superlative chef and caterer, vivacious life-of-the-party, enthusiastic teacher.  This is Joe.  I have to tell this story about Joe because Joe is humble, a giver, and always in motion.  When we first thought of coming together as a team to share Joe and his goodness, it wasn’t so much about the product. It was about life.  Life is special.  It’s short.  “Together” means eat, drink, love, pray.  Moments to be captured.  With Joe, we have celebrated, cried, created tremendous gut-busting yumminess, and toasted our successes with a friend’s favorite bottle of wine.  Joe’s Oil is simply an ingredient that makes it all that much better.  And Joe will never tell his own story with enough “brag” to make it true.  So I’m taking it on.

I’m a friend – one of his many.  I’d like to think I’m special and have insight into greatness.  I don’t. Greatness here was really obvious.  Immediately.  As I’ve heard over the years, “Joe’s Oil is like crack.  Once you’ve tasted it, you can’t live without it.”  The reference to the drug is meant in the most innocent way possible. Please relax with the simple truth that everyone (literally, everyone) loves Joe’s Oil.  There is simply nothing else like it.

So for the past 15 years, a group of lucky people across the country have had the privilege of enjoying Joe’s original oil (the Roasted Garlic Herb Oil) as a cottage industry, getting access to it when it became available.  Joe and his oil have a reputation long-time whispered amongst his followers.  “Do you have any Joe’s left?”  “I’m almost out of Joe’s!
