1 Yellow Squash
1 Portabella mushroom
3 Bell Peppers (red, green & yellow)
1 Red Onion
1 Eggplant
1 Poblano Pepper
1 Fresh Corn on the Cob
2-3 Tbsp. Joe’s SuperFuzed Oil

Directions
Slice the vegetables ¼ inch thick. Quarter and deseed the peppers. Clean the corn free of husk. Layout all the vegetables on a cookie sheet. Brush with Joe’s SuperFuzed Oil. Grill according to personal preference, brushing with additional Oil if desired.
