Mushroom Bechamel Ravioli

1 package store-bought ravioli⁠

1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped

1/4 cup fresh herbs of choice, chopped⁠

1 tbsp Joe’s SuperFuzed Roasted Garlic Herb Oil⁠

2 tbsp butter⁠

3 cups milk⁠

3 tbsp flour⁠

Plenty of garlic⁠
Salt, Pepper & Seasoning ⁠

Directions

Put a pot of water to boil for the ravioli⁠

In the saucepan, add in the butter, mushrooms, oil & garlic – sauté until soft.

Add in the flour and whisk. Add in one cup of milk at a time and allow thicken.⁠

Add ravioli to boiling water. Season your sauce with salt, pepper and seasoning to taste. Add in the fresh herbs and simmer while the ravioli cooks.⁠

If the sauce is too thin, add in a tbsp of flour or cornstarch & let it thicken. If it’s too thick add in some milk or water. Add in the cooked ravioli and serve.
